Intelligence reports cited by Aboyowa reveal that Kyari orchestrated a series of calculated maneuvers to sabotage these appointments, undermining beneficial initiatives meant to pave the way for the new NNPCL leadership team. Disturbingly, it is alleged that Tompolo engaged in ritualistic diabolic activities, involving human, animal sacrifices, and shrine-Linked financial inducements, that is plan to manipulate the new NNPCL board members he fought against to make them susceptible to his influence," said Aboyowa.
It was reported that two boys named Emo and Wonder from Tompolo's community stole about $50,000 from his shrine (Juju House), prompting Tompolo to adopt bureau de change operators Idris and Muhammed. He locked up both the money changers and the two teenagers who stole the dollars for seven months in his private prison in Oporoza Town, GbaramatuKingdom, during which he tortured them before releasing them. The same money from the shrine will be later given to his associate, Matthew Tonlagha, to distribute to his targets for manipulation.
Matthew Tonlagha, a front man of Tompolo collaborating with Mele Kyari in the purported effort to prevent President Bola Tinubu from announcing the new NNPCL board, has been accused of carrying starch of dollors around associated with blood sacrifice and dark practices to lure the new board members in the new NNPCL leadership. Aboyowa has warned that the new board members must stay alert to prevent possible demonic manipulation from Tantita Security Services, an organization linked to capital multiple allegations.
Aboyowa asserting that intelligence suggests Kyari is planning to mislead government officials by proposing a trip abroad under the pretense of needing a break. Such a ruse could allow him to leverage his financial resources to sabotage President Bola Tinubu's re-election campaign scheduled for 2027.
Aboyowa emphasized the critical need for vigilance in light of ongoing legal disputes related to the NNPCL and its connections to Tompolo and other stakeholders, such as Dennis Burutu Otuaro, who oversees the Presidential Amnesty Programme. The accusations against Kyari and his network are severe, encompassing human rights abuses, the operation of illegal detention facilities, terrorism, and human trafficking.
In a call to action, Aboyowa urged the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to intensify monitoring efforts and seize Kyari's multiple passports to prevent any attempts to flee justice. "It is imperative that authorities act swiftly to ensure accountability and uphold the rule of law," he stated.
Aboyowa also mentioned that there are numerous pending legal matters in both the Federal High Court in Abuja and international courts, including the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the U.S. Department of Justice, which could pose substantial legal hurdles for the former NNPCL leadership. He advised the new board members to dissociate themselves from any prior questionable dealings with security contractors like Tantita Security Services.
"Current legal actions taken by nine aggrieved youths from the Niger Delta against Tompolo and his associates highlight severe human rights abuses. These individuals claim they suffered unlawful arrests and detentions, demanding justice and compensation for their suffering," Aboyowa elaborated.
The group, led by Peter Zebulon, is actively pursuing the release of those currently held unlawfully and seeks N500 billion in damages for violations of their rights.
"As the new NNPCL board prepares to take office under the leadership of Ahmadu Musa Kida and Bashir Bayo Ojulari, we implore them to exercise caution. Engaging in any clandestine dealings with figures like Tompolo and his associates could lead to dire legal and reputational repercussions," Aboyowa concluded, underscoring the pressing need for governance reform prioritizing transparency and human rights.
