The damning allegations against Tompolo are numerous and chilling. Disemoh accuses him of using his security company, Tantita Security Services, to "kill and behead Niger Deltans, imprison innocent people, and abuse them for no just cause." Tompolo's so-called "empowerment" of local communities through development and employment opportunities is nothing more than a facade, as Disemoh argues that Tompolo has done "more harm to Ijaw people than good" and has a "very bad reputation both home and abroad."

The corruption and nepotism within Tompolo's empire know no bounds, according to Disemoh. The Amnesty program, meant to benefit ex-agitators, has been hijacked by Tompolo and his cronies, who have used it to enrich themselves and their associates, leaving the true beneficiaries behind.

Disemoh's scathing critique extends to Tompolo's business ventures as well. He alleges that Tompolo and his associate, have been deeply involved in illegal oil bunkering activities, which have contributed to the stagnation of Nigeria's oil production. Disemoh claims that Tompolo and his gang continue to steal the nation's crude oil, even as they benefit from pipeline protection contracts.

The list of Tompolo's alleged misdeeds is long and harrowing. Disemoh calls on the international community to continue to scrutinize Tompolo and his associates, who are responsible for "human rights violations, kidnapping, killing, and beheading of Niger Deltans." The disappearance of Charles Korubo and Bala Karowei, both taken hostage by Tompolo, serves as a chilling reminder of the group's ruthlessness.

As the new board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) incharge, Disemoh urges them to sever ties with Tompolo and his companies, emphasizing that their continued involvement will only tarnish the reputation of the institution. The time has come, Disemoh insists, for Tompolo and his gang to face the consequences of their actions and for the people of the Niger Delta to be freed from their tyrannical grip.
